Skills & Interests are an exciting new way to share profile information and can be used to find people with the right skills to build a winning team.
Achievements & Endorsements

Achievements & Endorsements are a great new feature for rewarding users for the contributions. Achievements are awarded automatically based on contributions and have multiple levels to recognize top performers. Endorsements are given by other users and recognize people for outstanding achievement in advancing the innovation process.
Settings

User settings have been moved from the Profile to Settings which is accessible from the avatar dropdown menu. Settings include language, password and notifications.
